All this time, I 've been making minimum payments to my credit card, I realized that that Capital One has been taking more money out of my credit card account over the months by using interest purchases like a secret ATM machine, giving me available credit of less than $20 on my account every month. Even if I only made a purchase one item for only $5, they take about $30 out of my card without my notice of it. Friday, I've tried to request them by phone to lower the interest rate, because I can't generate more than $50 every month, but they said they can't do it at this time. I asked is there anything I could to lower the stupid rates, she suggested credit beaureau. Like that method is going to help me. YEAH, RIGHT! The only thing the beaureau would advise is that you paid the entire balance, period.
It just seems obvious that these Capital One phone reps all over the coutry are being paid to say those rejections to their customers, including long time customers like me. And why? Because they want to keep their jobs, even thought their minimum wages are now lower than normal. And giving customers a very hard time over the phone is like earning extra money on commission or bonus wage. What makes it real sad is that these ignorant reps are turning a blind eye to the horrible business practices of big time execs and greedy corporate giants and board members who really don't care about there customers who are suffering financially. They're literally making these reps act like the Sheriff of Naughtingham while these corporate fat cats play Prince John in Robin Hood.
They think they have rights to siphoning innocent people's hard earned money? They think they can use elected officials like puppets to change laws that suppose to serve the people who are still seeking the pursuit of happiness into laws that only suit them? How long will these billion dollor scams from the credit card and banking industries last before one will realize and say "ENOUGH."?
Stealing money from one or more persons is a crime. Conning people out of there hard earning money is a crime. Robbing innocent people is a crime. But siphoning people's credit and money out of their credit card and putting them in debt, that should be a federal offense. There should be a class action lawsuit against the company.
I hope big financial commanies like Capital One will be exposed for bad business practices, loose many customers and go out of business. Maybe then, the people who are gravely responsible for causing harm to every American citerzen's credit history will learn and know the error of their ways. Itf the government can't get them, then God will. You cannot con God nor siphon His power.
